ISRO's PSLV C55 rocket launched two Singapore satellites, TeLEOS-2 and Lumelite-4, into low earth orbit from Sriharikota spaceport, as part of its dedicated commercial mission through NSIL. TeLEOS-2's Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) payload would be used to support satellite imagery requirements of various Government of Singapore agencies, while Lumelite-4 is an advanced 12U satellite developed to augment Singapore's e-navigation maritime safety and benefit the global shipping community.
